Russia went online —
but not everyone.

85.1%
used the internet in the last 12 months (2024)
up from 57.5% in 2012

The Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey (HSE) follows the same households for years. Weighted to be nationally representative, it shows internet use climbing steadily — yet a sharp divide by age remains.
